Electorate:
Elise is a Liberal Member for Denison in the Tasmanian Parliament, House of Assembly.

Shadow Ministerial responsibilities:
Elise is currently the Shadow Minister for Police & Emergency Management, Planning, Community Development (covering women, child/youth affairs, seniors, multiculturalism/migrants/refugees and the Disability Bureau) and Aboriginal Affairs.

Elise is the Lower House spokesperson for Corrections (as the Shadow Minister, the Hon Dr Vanessa Goodwin MLC, sits in the Upper House).

She is also the Opposition Whip who organises the internal activities and House of Assembly sitting activities of the Liberal Party members in Parliament.

Parliamentary Standing Committees:
Elise is currently a member of the Joint Standing Committee for Subordinate Legislation (which reviews delegated legislation ie. examining the provisions of every regulation or by-law) and the House of Assembly Privileges Committee (which considers matters referred to it by the House relating to alleged breaches of privileges by Members or others).

Parliamentary Select Committee(s):
Elise is currently a member of the Select Committee on the Cost of Housing, Building & Construction in Tasmania.
